Bodyweight Strength

Get stronger with no equipment at all, using a real program instead of trying to set push-up PRs.

Bodyweight Strength needs no equipment and no gym. It progresses bodyweight movements the way a weighted program progresses load, so training at home, in a hotel room, or on the road still builds real strength.

Who it is for

You have no equipment, you travel often, or you want to train anywhere without a gym.

Not the right fit if: You want to load your lifts.

How it is built

A bodyweight strength build that raises difficulty by changing leverage, tempo, range, and reps rather than adding weight, so the movements keep getting harder as you get stronger.

  1. Phase 1 · Foundation (Weeks 1 to 4) Learn the movements and build the habit. Full range, controlled tempo, scaled to a version you can do cleanly.
  2. Phase 2 · Leverage (Weeks 5 to 8) Make it harder without weights: more reps, harder leverage, fuller range. Level up when a move gets easy.
  3. Phase 3 · Intensity (Weeks 9 to 12) The hardest variations plus slow three-second lowering and a tough top set, always short of failure.

What a week looks like

Six days a week: four bodyweight strength days that hit every major muscle twice, plus a Zone 2 cardio day and an interval day. The cardio days run shorter, about 20 to 25 minutes.

A sample session

A session moves through pushing, pulling, and lower-body patterns, progressing to harder variations as you are ready. The specific progressions are set for you in the app.

You see the shape of the session here. The exact exercises, weights, and reps are set for you inside the app, and they adapt as you train.

It adapts to you

Every Measured program runs on one screen and progresses on evidence. After the last set of an exercise you tap how hard it was, 6 to 10. Hit the top of the rep range with clean form and the load goes up. Fall short and it holds. That is double progression, and it runs on what you actually lifted, not on a calendar.

Common questions

How does bodyweight training keep progressing?

By changing leverage, tempo, range, and reps, a bodyweight movement can keep getting harder without any added weight. The program manages that progression for you.

Can I do this without a gym?

That is what it is for. There is no gym and no equipment in this program at all. A patch of floor is the whole setup, which is why it travels well.

Can I really get stronger with no equipment?

Yes. Progression is about making the movement harder over time, and a structured plan does that with bodyweight the same way a weighted plan does it with load.

What if I get some equipment later?

You can move to a dumbbell program like the 3-Day Full-Body or the Founder's Program whenever you'd like to load your lifts.
