How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a one-month free trial. You get full access to Measured for a month, and you are not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the month is up, you pay nothing.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Your subscription is billed through Apple, so you manage it in the App Store, not in the Measured app. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose Measured, and change or cancel from there. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Measured. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Measured purchase, and request a refund. Apple reviews each request.
Does Measured work with Apple Watch?
Yes. The Apple Watch app shows your live heart rate during a workout and lets you log sets from your wrist. Your Watch and iPhone stay in sync.
Can I run a workout from the Watch alone?
Start the session on your iPhone, then log your sets from the Watch. Keep the phone unlocked on Measured while you train, or the Watch waits for it.
Does my data sync across my devices?
Yes. Your training data syncs through your own private iCloud, so it follows you between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Make sure iCloud is turned on for Measured in iOS Settings under your name, then iCloud. Measured has no account and no server copy of your data, so iCloud is how it moves between your devices.
Do I need a gym or a lot of equipment?
No. Measured is built around a small home kit, usually a pair of adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench, and it adapts to what you own. See the gear page for what to look for.
Where is my privacy information?
Measured has no login and keeps your training data on your device and in your own iCloud. The full details of what we collect and share are on the privacy page.
