Where do I get Measured?
Measured is on the U.S. App Store at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6790878890. It is free to download and it needs an iPhone. The Apple Watch app installs alongside it.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to Measured for those 14 days, and you are not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial is up, you pay nothing.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Your subscription is billed through Apple, so you manage it in the App Store, not in the Measured app. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose Measured, and change or cancel from there. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Measured. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Measured purchase, and request a refund. Apple reviews each request.
Does Measured work with Apple Watch?
Yes. Start the workout on your iPhone, then follow the session from your wrist: the Apple Watch app shows the weight and reps you are aiming for, lets you mark each set done, counts your rest down with a haptic on the last few seconds, and shows your live heart rate. Your Watch and iPhone stay in sync, and the finished workout writes to Apple Health. Measured also has a watch-face complication, so the app is one tap away without opening it from the app list.
Can I run a workout from the Watch alone?
Start the session on your iPhone, then log your sets from the Watch. Keep the phone unlocked on Measured while you train, or the Watch waits for it.
Does my data sync across my devices?
Yes. Your training data syncs through your own private iCloud, so it follows you between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Make sure iCloud is turned on for Measured in iOS Settings under your name, then iCloud. Measured has no account and no server copy of your data, so iCloud is how it moves between your devices.
Do I need a gym or a lot of equipment?
No. Measured is built around a small home kit, usually a pair of adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench, and it adapts to what you own. See the gear page for what to look for.
Where is my privacy information?
Measured has no login. Your training history lives on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, and your Apple Health data never leaves your device. The full details of what we collect and share are on the privacy page.
I sent a bug report from inside the app. Where did it go?
The bug reporter in the app mails support@liftmeasured.com. That is the same inbox as hello@liftmeasured.com, so nothing is lost and you do not need to send it twice.
