It hands you a complete, phased program and tells you the exercises, the weights, and the reps for every session, then adjusts them based on what you actually lifted and how much you had left in the tank. | How it adapts | Structured, phased program templates. A progression engine sets weights and reps from logged performance and the reps a user had left. Founder
Scott Schneider is the founder of Measured. A crisis consultant in Washington, DC, he is not a developer by trade. He built Measured with AI after health changes in his 40s pushed him to get serious about strength training and no existing app kept him consistent. He lost about 50 pounds on the program that became the app. His full account is on the story page.
