30-Minute Full-Body

A real strength program in about thirty minutes a session, three or four days a week.

The 30-Minute Full-Body is engineered density: antagonist supersets, short rest, and a hard thirty-minute cap. Run it three sessions a week, or four, and every one is exactly thirty minutes. A tight movement selection means short sessions still move the needle.

Who it is for

Your time per day is tight and you want a genuine strength program, not a random quick workout.

Not the right fit if: You have longer to train and want higher volume. The Founder's Program or the 3-Day Full-Body give you more room.

How it is built

Two phases over eight weeks, with a three-day or four-day version you pick in the app, each session built to hit a thirty-minute target. Supersets and a focused movement list keep the sessions short but mighty. The four-day version is the same thirty-minute session one more time a week, never a longer day.

A sample session

The session pairs movements into supersets to get maximum value out of each rest period. You'll move through a push, a pull, and lower-body work in about thirty minutes. The loads and reps are set for you.

You see the shape of the session here. The exact exercises, weights, and reps are set for you inside the app, and they adapt as you train.

It adapts to you

Every Measured program runs on one screen and progresses on evidence. After the last set of an exercise you tap how hard it was, 6 to 10. Hit the top of the rep range with clean form and the load goes up. Fall short and it holds. That is double progression, and it runs on what you actually lifted, not on a calendar.

Common questions

Can thirty minutes really be enough?

Yes, when the session is planned around it. Supersets pair movements so you rest once per two movements, which is how a full-body session fits in half an hour.

Do I need a full gym?

No. Adjustable dumbbells and a bench (or just the floor) cover it, with an optional band for a couple of swaps. See the gear page.

Should I do three days or four?

Three focused half-hours is the standard version. The four-day version is the same thirty-minute session one more time a week, so every pattern gets trained twice. Pick either in the app. At four days a week the week-4 deload is not optional, it is part of the program.

Is this just a watered-down program?

No. The time target is met by cutting rest and pairing movements, not by cutting the work that makes you stronger.

How does it adjust to me?

After the last set of an exercise you tap how hard it was, 6 to 10, and Measured decides when to push the weight or reps and when to hold, the same as every Measured program.
