3-Day Full-Body

A complete strength program in three full-body days a week, when that is what your week allows.

The 3-Day Full-Body is a twelve-week strength program built around three full-body sessions a week. It is the balanced builder for a busy schedule: every session trains your whole body, and the plan progresses across three phases, so three days add up to real strength gain.

Who it is for

You can reliably train three days a week and want steady, balanced strength without living in the gym.

Not the right fit if: You want to train most days. The Founder's Program fits that better.

How it is built

Three full-body sessions a week across twelve weeks, moving through three phases. Because every session trains your whole body, three days a week is enough to keep progressing.

A sample session

A full-body session covers a push, a pull, a lower-body movement, and accessory work, ordered so nothing crowds out the next. The exact loads and reps are tailored to you in the app.

You see the shape of the session here. The exact exercises, weights, and reps are set for you inside the app, and they adapt as you train.

It adapts to you

Every Measured program runs on one screen and progresses on evidence. After the last set of an exercise you tap how hard it was, 6 to 10. Hit the top of the rep range with clean form and the load goes up. Fall short and it holds. That is double progression, and it runs on what you actually lifted, not on a calendar.

Common questions

Is three days a week enough to get stronger?

Yes, when every session is full-body and the plan progresses. Three well-structured days beat five unplanned ones.

What if I can add a fourth day?

If you find yourself with extra time, add a long Zone 2 cardio day or a high-intensity workout for heart health. If you'd like to lift more than three days, try the Founder's Program.

Do I need a gym?

No. A pair of adjustable dumbbells and a bench cover it, but the floor works well too. Measured will adapt to what you've got at home.

How does it adjust to me?

After the last set of an exercise you tap how hard it was, 6 to 10, and Measured decides when to add load or reps and when to hold.

Measured launches on the App Store soon. Get on the list and we will tell you the day it is live.
